Sorry!  We cannot refund lessons for which you have taken the test and printed a certificate!  Our open policy for viewing articles allows you to read the article prior to taking the test; however, all other disputes regarding a refund will be processed and resolved within 48 hours.  Simply call our contact us number or send an email and we will respond to you regarding a timely refund.
